Here are some different ways to use one die (Fresh Daisies):
1. This first idea I saw at the blog of Jennifer Mcquire: I used my Cuttlebug to cut out the whole die out of white cardstock and for the flowers I used some red cardstock.
2. The white parts that were cut out are very nice embelishments for the second card (an idea from Kristina Werner).
3. I used the outside frame and some Distress markers to make the third card.
For the text I used the Simon Says Stamp Absolutely Edge die and stamp set On Edge.
I wanted to combine two elements from the Paper Smooches blog candy challenge: make a one layer card and use the colour pink… 🙂
My Distress markers came in handy when stamping the roses and I only added a simple greeting to complete the card!
On the Hero Arts blog I saw some amazing sketches and made these cards for the October 2012 challenge, using Bo Bunny paper, Martha Stewart punches, the Hero Arts Swirl Christmas stamp set and a Magnolia stamp.
I’m very excited to participate!
This is my Christmas card, using ‘Subway Art’ and an English and Dutch stamp set with Christmas greetings…. 🙂
